Seats are priced in bands, and each band applies to the seats inside it: the first ten at one rate, the next ten at the next, and so on. The per-seat figure above is the blend. It means the price per seat falls as you grow, and adding a broker never makes your bill smaller than it was.

Annual is ten months for twelve on the modules. Storage is a pass-through and is charged at twelve either way. Seat counts are trued up on the month's highest number, so you are never billed for a broker you don’t have.

The things people ask

Is there a contract?
A one-year subscription that renews unless either of us says otherwise, with thirty days' notice. Billed monthly or annually, always in advance.
What if we add brokers mid-year?
They are added at the rate for your band and billed from the month they start. Nobody has to re-quote anything.
Do we own our data?
Yes, and it is written into the agreement rather than promised on a call: you can export everything yourself at any time, files included, in formats that do not need our software to read. If you leave, we delete it and confirm that we have.
What if we are a small firm?
Under ten brokers the per-seat price is held below $200 a year on purpose. Most small firms are better off in a co-operative, sharing a vendor bench and an off-market board with firms we trust rather than running a system alone.

A working yacht broker who got tired of the tools. Every module here started as something a brokerage actually needed on a Tuesday.
